Edward Stanley wrote that quote in the 1900 century, over one thousand years before cell phones, the internet and social media where 'stress' is now our default feeling.  Just think about it, when is the last time you've taken some time for yourself?
The rate we are going at is not sustainable and at some point the stress will manifest into bigger issues. We weren't designed to live on a hamster wheel, going -going -going...
Think of your health as a chair with four legs. You can survive on three legs, you're unstable on two legs and if there's one leg, you're ready to fall flat at any given point. 

Here are the four pillars of health:
  • Fitness: We were designed to walk, squat, push, pull, hinge & carry. Yet our sedentary lives have left our so joints tight our body is overcompensating just to perform basic everyday tasks.
  • Fuel: Nutrition has never been more complicated & confusing. Keto? Macros? Paleo? GI Issues? We all have personal dietary needs that cannot be met with cookie cutter diets & hype. 
  • Freedom from our internal critic: The 'ego' is a childlike force found within each of us who uses our own fears & insecurities against us in an effort to keep us "safe" from growth & new opportunities. Unfortunately it can disguise itself as universal truth and keep us from living our best life. The goal is not to resist or ignore the ego as it will just create problems, but rather to learn to keep it at bay and create space within your own mind so you can distinguish objective truth from self limiting stories.
  • ​Fullness from within: Our cultural has led us to believe that the answer is 'out there,' found in the next thing and so we are always racing from moment to moment, whether its replaying images from our past or worrying about whats happening next. You're not broke and you don't need to be fixed. Nothing outside yourself will fill what you perceive to be voids, the only way to better enjoy the present moment is to be more mindful which can be taught through some simple yet super effective tips & techniques. 
The questions you must ask yourself are:
How do I rate on each pillar of health?
What might life be like if I were able improve each aspect?
Will 2020 'be just another year' or ARE YOU FINALLY GOING TO TAKE A STAND FOR WHAT YOU WANT?
If you want lasting change, you have to give up this idea of just trying something, when you get around to it. Your goals become important once you decide a "when."

I created 'Get UnStuck LIVE' to give you an opportunity to focus on the important thing in your world - YOUR HEALTH! I've been coaching men and women of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes for the past 14+ years. As different as the people I've worked with has been, I found one universal truth that was the same no matter who it was...I found that the average person is more willing to put others needs first than their own.

I found that for people to truly transform, they needed to completely change all their core values & rearrange them or immerse themselves in the necessary principals, for a short, focused period of time.

This will the 5th immersion weekend I've hosted over the past 4 years. Each event has been unique and awesome in its own way, but I am extra excited about this year's event as we are taking the theme "getting unstuck" and applying it to the four elements of good health - Fitness, Fuel, Freedom from the internal negative voice and finding fullness from within!

The agenda is the perfect mix of enjoying the picture perfect outdoors of the Jupiter/Tequesta area along with world class speakers who will be educating you on ground breaking info you need to know!
